As the world’s highest ascending balloons( up to 50km),Our meteorological balloon can be widely used in weather forecast, target track, near space research, scientific research, upper earth mapping, typhoon and hurricane detection, etc.
However, our balloons are forbidden to use in military purposes and in warfare.

Our company uses big neck diameter balloons, while other countries use small neck diameter balloons, and we can provide a converter adapter for any neck diameter for inflation.
What manufacturing method does our balloon use? Any advantage with such producing method?
We use dipping method for producing balloon, which has many advantages (as below) and assure our quality is superior to any other suppliers.
Consistent Coating Thickness: The dipping method allows for the formation of a uniform rubber coating thickness on the balloon mold. This contributes to the uniformity and stability of the balloon. A consistent coating ensures even pressure distribution during inflation and ascent, reducing the risk of balloon rupture or deformation.
Precise Size Control: The dipping method enables precise control over the balloon’s size by regulating the dipping time and number of coating layers. This allows for the production of balloons that meet specific size requirements, ensuring the desired volume and buoyancy during ascent.

How to do business with us?
We are a factory, not a store or E-shop, so selling samples is not our main business. We primarily focus on supplying in bulk to meteorological organizations and related departments in each country. We can engage reliable and qualified agents from different countries to participate in tenders on our behalf.
Product Pricing: As our products are of the highest quality globally, our prices may not be the lowest. However, we always strive to provide our customers with the best cost performance.
Payment Terms: We require a 50% advance TT, the balance before shipment.
Lead Time: Normally, the lead time is around 25 days.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods including sea freight, air freight, rail transport, and road transport, among others.
Samples: not free, but the related costs can be deducted from future orders.
Product warranty: 18 months under normal use.
How to store the balloon?
The balloons should be stored in a place that is protected from direct sunlight, preferably in a shaded area. They should never be placed near heat sources or sources of ozone. Whether made of natural rubber or chloroprene rubber, balloons can be damaged if exposed to the ozone environment generated by high-power generators or motors. All balloons should be kept in their original packaging until they are ready for use. It is important to avoid any contact between the balloons and oil or any other substances that can penetrate the packaging material and damage the balloons.
If possible, the balloons should be stored indoors at a temperature of 15-25°C.
