Meteorological Balloon inspection standards: Appearance and Dimensions
A.Meteorological Balloon Appearance Inspection Requirements:
1.Glue spots, holes, cracks, oil stains, sticky folds that cannot be opened, and other defects that affect the natural expansion of the balloon skin: Not allowed.
2.Mixed colors: any discoloration of the balloon skin due to excessive sulfur, rust water, or direct sunlight is not allowed
3.Local deformations: No significant wrinkles or uneven surfaces on localized areas of the balloon skin.
4.Rubber strips and blocks: No rubber strips or blocks that affect the expansion of the balloon skin are allowed.
5.Bubbles and thin spots: No concentrated or significant thin bubbles or thin spots are allowed.
6.Balloon deviation: After inflation, keep the balloon at room, the distance of the bottom end deviation should not exceed 5% of the total length of the balloon body.
7.Scratches: No scratches that affect the normal expansion of the balloon skin are allowed.
